The Friends' Association looks forward to hosting all school families at the 2021 Back to School BBQ this Friday 19 February from 5pm - 7:30pm on the Astroturf.

THE BACK TO SCHOOL BBQ WILL ONLY GO AHEAD IF WE ARE IN ALERT LEVEL ONE.

The Back to School BBQ is a wonderful way to reconnect as a community after the holiday break. It is also an opportunity for new families to form friendships with existing families. We will have a variety of activities and inflatables available for the children, a bar for the adults (pending licence) and a delicious array of foods for sale from our Chorister families.

For ease of organisation, no tickets will be issued for the BBQ this year. A blanket fee of $25.00 (per family) will be charged to your school account.

Entertainment (Included in Ticket Price) - New Supplier, New Equipment!

There will be a variety of inflatable activities for the children, including The Radical Run. Over, under, around, through, up and down – it’s a race along almost 100 ft of inflatable obstacle course.

The Arena with orb balls is sure to be a hit with the children, and perhaps a few adults!

We will also have bouncy castles for the younger children . and other activities.

All use of equipment is included in the family ticket price.

Food

The Chorister families will be providing food with most items being $2 or $5. They will have hot items for sale that will suffice for an easy dinner option. There will be an eftpos facility at the food stand, but please bring cash if possible.

Beverages

A cash bar will be located outside the Girls' School. Children are not permitted in the bar area at anytime. There will be water stations set up for the children on the AstroTurf.

Parking

Parking will be available on the cobblestones. Please take care when entering and departing this area as it will not be supervised by a parking warden.
