Celebrating Diversity in the Junior School 

Last Friday the Junior School celebrated our annual Cultural Day. It is always such a colourful, multicultural day that highlights all of the wonderful and diverse cultures that make up Cathedral Grammar. Children were encouraged to dress up in clothes that represented their own culture and nationality. We finished our day with some wonderful multicultural songs, performed by each year level at the Junior School Assembly. Thank you to the many parents who came to watch. It really was a fantastic finish to our first week back at school.

Welcome to our new children in the Junior School

Learning in the Junior School

Learning has begun straight away in our Junior School with new routines and expectations becoming established. Below is a photo of the J1W children working collaboratively at Specialist Art to create a large mural for their classroom wall.
