As part of our pandemic planning in the Art Department, we have put together an outline for basic art materials that would be useful at home (and which you can order from us if you wish to).

While many families will have a supply of basic art materials at home, this could be a good time to update your kit in the event of a school closure, or even with the upcoming holidays in mind. I have made a checklist of equipment that would be useful to purchase from places such as Warehouse Stationery. Alternatively, I will put together options for packs of supplies that you can order from me, to be charged your school account. 

Basic equipment - A4 Printer paper, HB/2B pencil, Scissors, Gluestick, Colouring pencils. 

Extra Art equipment - A4 Visual Diary, 6B pencil, Oil Pastels, Watercolour paints, Sharpie Fine tip permanent marker, Black Fine line pen, coloured paper.

Below are 2 options of kits that you can order through me to be charged to your school account. Please email me on grayj@cathedralgrammar.school.nz and let me know your child's name and class, and which pack you would like. I will be ordering these at the end of the week so please reply by Thursday if you would like to purchase a pack. It will be sent home with your child. I think one pack per family will be sufficient, unless you would like more.
