Reminders:
- Car Parking on site - Should you at any time, park on the grounds of The Cathedral Grammar School, please be aware that the School does not accept any liability for damage and parking will be considered at your own risk.
- Fire Drills - if you are at school during one of our Fire Drills, please do not enter the school buildings during that time. If you are going to remain on site, please follow the drill process along with staff and students, and make your way to the Assembly point.
- Students are not permitted to enter the school buildings until 8am. This is for safety reasons as the buildings may not be supervised and it also provides some uninterrupted time for staff prior to students arriving. Chorister and Chapel Choir only are permitted at 7:55 am for an 8am start.
- Please use our patrolled crossing to cross Chester St West - This has been put in place by the Christchurch City Council to keep our school community safe. Please follow the instructions of our road patrol members, and remember to wait until the students put their arms down and say 'cross now' before you cross.
- Parking - Please utilise the drop off zone (Kiss and Ride) beside the Girls' School which can be accessed through the staff carpark on Cranmer Terrace. The P120 spaces on Cranmer Tce and Kilmore St may also have spaces available for you to use, as well as parking on the cobbles for a quick drop off. Please remember to keep a look out for students.
