Ronald McDonald Family Dinner Programme
Service has been a theme throughout the term for Y7&8 in their Mitre sessions. A group of Y8 girls decided that they wanted to be a part of the Ronald McDonald Family Dinner Programme.
We have had senior students participate in the programme over the last 3 years and it proves to be a wonderful way give service and develop relationships within our community. The girls prepared the food for the families of RMH on Saturday night and the photographs reveal that it was a whole team effort. The students worked alongside teachers from all parts of the school and their parents. A highlight was seeing the girls interact with the families and children of the Ronald McDonald House. Not only did the girls complete service but they also displayed some of our great Grammar values. We are very proud of you girls!
A special mention to Mrs Black in the school kitchen for working with the girls and firming up the delicious menu.
