On Friday each year group in the Junior School shared either a poem or song at the school Harvest Festival Service.

It was wonderful to see our children stand confidently in front of a large audience and speak so clearly. Well done children and thanks to all the parents who contributed food for the City Mission.

On Thursday Dean Lawrence and Reverend Ben came to speak to the Junior School about their roles as Anglican leaders in the Church. Dean Lawrence also spoke about his responsibilities to Cathedral Grammar and the Transitional Cathedral as well as some of the special clothes he gets to wear during different Church Services. The children have been learning about important people in their community and it was lovely to have the Dean and Reverend give up some of their valuable time to come in and talk with our children. 

Thank you to all those people who have returned hearts to hang around our Lenten Loving Wall. I love reading about all the kind and helpful tasks the children have been working hard on at home during Lent
