Welcome back to Term 3 and a special welcome to Lennox and his family. Lennox has begun school in J1W this term. He has transferred across from the Pre School.

On Friday 27th July the Junior School enjoyed an Enterprise Assembly. Representatives from the 2 charities, Goodnight, Sleep Tight and Ronald McDonald House came along to receive cheques of $1400.00 each. This was the money raised from our Mid-Winter Christmas Grotto this year. The Junior Choir sang beautifully and the representatives, Anna Arps and Jill Falloon (Goodnight, Sleep Tight)and Jemma Balmer (Ronald McDonald House) spoke to the children about what the money would go towards, and how it would help children from New Zealand who were not as fortunate as them. We also watched a Powerpoint slide-show summarising last term's learning and the Mid-Winter Christmas Grotto highlights. Thanks again to everyone who supported this amazing community event.
