The award of a School colour allows the recipient to have the year embroidered in GOLD on the right pocket.

• Qualifications to be considered in the award of a School colour shall be: 
  
• Exceptional merit at the highest school boy level in the particular activity concerned and adequate representation for the school. 
  
• Sportsmanship and general character and conduct. 
  
• Keenness and an interest shown and work done for the School in a particular activity.
