All parents should have received their first weekly note on Friday 19th February.

As a general guide, a Weekly Note of 3 is regarded as satisfactory. Scores in the first few weeks could be expected to hover around the 3 mark as it takes some time for teachers to get to know who is who in each class. Students maximising their learning opportunities should be scoring in the 4-5 range consistently from about Week 6 of Term 1 on.

Remember, this grade is not based on academic performance, but is a subjective impression of a student's attitude and application to their studies and homework over that week (Friday to Thursday). To learn more about the WNS click here.
