Stellar Summer for Rowers
In the last newsletter, we reported on the rower's success at the South Island Secondary Schools. This proved to be no one trick pony, with Maadi Cup (NZ Secondary Schools) two weeks later being our most successful in history.
Weather delays and compacted racing on Saturday, lead to some disappointments in individual races but on the whole, the squad performed to a high standard and produced our largest medal haul ever, with 9 medals across all age groups.
