Our Open Day for 2026 will be held on Tuesday 12th May.

2026 Enrolment
We can only accept 2026 enrolments for in zone students. Please check our zone map to ensure you are in-zone and then contact enrolments@cbhs.nz to request the link to the enrolment e-form.

Year 9 2027 Enrolment
School enrolments for Year 9 2027 will open on Tuesday 12th May and close at 4pm on Friday 24th July 2026.

All prospective Year 9 students, both in and out of zone, are encouraged to apply during this time. The number of out of zone places we have available is determined by the number of in-zone applications received by the closing date.

The ballot for out of zone places will held on Wednesday 29th July 2026.  Offers of place to both in-zone and out of zone students, as well as waitlist notifications, will emailed following the ballot.

Year 10-13 2027 Enrolment
Decisions regarding the availability of out of zone places for Years 10-13 will be made early in Term 4. Out of zone applications submitted during the Year 9 enrolments cannot be accepted.

We can accept applications from in-zone students only. Please contact enrolments@cbhs.nz for request the link to our enrolment e-form.

Boarding at Adams House 2026

Year 9 2026 applications closed on Friday 21st March 2025.

Year 10-13 places will only be available if students leave the hostel. If you wish your son to be added to the waitlist for consideration if that occurs, please contact the Head of Boarding, Mr Rhys Archibald, arr@cbhs.nz in the first instance.
