Geography teacher Mr Adrian Matthews leaves School at the end of term for an adventure. 

Mr Matthews and his wife Alison are returning to Newcastle by car. After flying to Guangzhou they will drive through China, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Germany, Holland and the UK. Some of their trip will be on the Southern Silk Road though they don’t have a fixed route or timeline. They do plan to return to Diamond Harbour around Christmas time.

Our best wishes and admiration are with Adrian and Alison as they truly do set out to seek higher things.
