ANZAC Day - 25th April 2023
Anzac Day Service – Members of the Community Welcome
A day of remembrance when we reflect on our present freedoms and quality of life. At Christchurch Boys’ High School we have a long tradition of coming together on this day, as a community group, to remember the men who served and died for New Zealand from the Boer War to Afghanistan and on our peace-keeping duties around the world.
The Headmaster, Nic Hill, and President of the Old Boys’ Association, Simon Carter, warmly invite the CBHS and wider community to the 2023 Anzac Service .
The Anzac Day Service will be held in the School Hall on Tuesday 25 April at 10.00am – all welcome.
The guest speaker is Colm McNulty a historian of the First World War who has traced the war exploits of former CBHS Headmaster Alf Caddick.
The PTA will host morning tea following the service. ANZAC Biscuits and slice made by CBHS students will be served.
