PTA treasurer vacancy

The CBHS PTA is looking for a new treasurer. This is a voluntary role, suited to someone with an accounting or book-keeping background, and ideally with Xero experience.

This person is a signatory on all PTA bank accounts and is responsible for accounting for all PTA income and expenses. The main PTA fundraiser is the Uniform Shop – the treasurer works closely with the Shop Manager to ensure all invoices are paid on time and bank accounts reconciled. Two monthly GST returns are filed and a finance report prepared and presented to the monthly PTA meetings.

The outgoing treasurer will be available to assist with any training or questions.
