Extracurricular activities. No pay (or arrangement to pay) no play.

Nic Hill —

CBHS has a fund to support students' involvement in extracurricular activities.

Extracurricular activities at CBHS exist in alignment with (and to support) our Blue-Black Values. They provide opportunities for the development of high-quality relationships and experiences that enhance the character of our fine young men as they aspire towards outstanding achievement.

The Board of Trustees recognises that there is a cost to the provision of extracurricular activities and permits the charging of a fee to all participants in extracurricular activities to contribute to this cost. extracurricular activities are carried out on a “no pay no play” basis.

Students must have paid or made an arrangement to pay before they participate in extracurricular activities.

To ensure that extracurricular activities are inclusive and accessible the school has a hardship fund that we can draw on to support those students who may not otherwise be able to be involved. If you wish to access this fund, please contact the school to make an application.

The CBHS Sport and Cultural Activities policies are available on our website.
