As part of being a fine young man we expect the boys to make a determined and genuine effort towards their studies, regardless of their ability.

The Weekly Note allows teachers to regularly report on the effort made in each of a student’s subjects. This is recorded on a scale of 1 to 5 where ‘1’ is low and ‘5’ is excellent. A student’s average across all subjects is calculated each week and is sent to parents each Friday afternoon by email.

We know that students who apply themselves and who track their own progress achieve academic success. The Weekly Note gives parents immediate feedback regarding their son’s application in class.
