Curriculum evening is still going ahead as planned. To help us run the event under Level 2 restrictions can we please ask you to follow the guidelines below.

Rules

• 100 people in the Hall at one time - Be aware that only 100 people will be allowed into the Hall at a time (students, parents, and staff) so we will use the same system as the supermarkets (two in and two out)
• Please be aware of the 1m Social distancing.
• Please stay away if you are sick.
• We would encourage you to wear a mask.
• Maximum of two people per family (one student - one parent).

Contact tracing - Log in to the govt tracing app as you enter the main building or sign in Manuallyat the door.

Timings: To help with the organisation we would prefer it if you could arrive at these times. If you are unable to, you more than welcome to arrive at any time, but be aware there may be some waiting time outside.

Suggested times

• 4.00 - 4.45pm - Year 9/10
• 4.45 - 5.30pm - Year 11/12
• 5.30 - 6.15pm - Any year level
• 6.15 - 7.00pm - Any year level
