Bookings are now open for our Year 11, 12 and 13 Parent-Teacher Interviews.

Year 11, 12 and 13 Parent-Teacher interviews will be held at the following times:

• Monday, 16th June 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm

• Friday, 27th June 9.00 am – 3.00 pm

To book your interviews, go to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz in your browser or click here and enter the event code (t8ce7). Then follow these three simple steps:

First, enter your name, your student's name, and your email address. If you need to book for more than one student, change the “Book for x students” setting, and enter the other student's name.

On the next page, choose the teachers you want to meet. First, select the subject, then choose from the list of teachers.

Then you'll see a timetable showing when your chosen teachers are available. Simply click on the times that suit you. NB: Some teachers will have added extra interview times outside the times shown above.

When you have finished, your interview timetable will be emailed to you. You can return to the site and enter the event code (t8ce7) again to change or cancel your interviews.

Please make sure that you bring along a printout of your interview timetable when you come to the interviews.

All the interviews will be held in the Caddick and Main blocks. Please enter via the central Waharoa (quad). There will be a map available at the entrance to the buildings identifying the room numbers.

Please check with your child, OR check on the SUBJECTS page of the parent portal in PC School for teacher names before starting the booking process.

We would respectfully ask that you help us manage this evening by:

1. Being cognizant of time and limiting your interview to the five minutes allocated, if you need longer, please arrange email contact with the teacher.

2. We strongly suggest that your child attend interviews with you.

3. If you are unwell, we respectfully ask that you do not attend but make email contact with your child's teachers.

4. Please print your timetable or bring it with you on your phone.

Q&A 

How will I know where the teachers are?

They have been sorted in alphabetical order, and maps will be on display to show you where to go. The school is big, so be aware that there may be some distance between each interview

Do I need to see my son's Kaitiaki teacher?

Kaitiaki teachers are also subject teachers, and many of them will be fully booked. If you want to speak to your child's Kaitiaki teacher, please email them and organise an alternative meeting time.

Will the booking system remain open?

The bookings for Parent Teacher Interviews will be turned off at 5:00 pm on the 15th of June. This is to allow time for teachers to print off their schedules and prepare.

The booking system will be turned back on again at approximately 8:00 pm on the 16th of June for Friday, 27th June. The system will be turned off for booking at 3:00 pm on the 26th of June.

Is Friday still a school day?

No, students will not be required to come to school unless they accompany their parents to interviews.
