Leavers gear orders can be placed at the uniform shop during opening hours.

Please print the attached order form, complete your details and take it to the Uniform Shop, with payment on one of the following dates. (See attached form)

Samples will be available on these dates.

• Tuesday 26th 1-6 pm 
• Thursday 28th 1-6 pm LAST DAY FOR ORDERING 

Samples will be available for you to check your sizing. Please print this order form and bring it with you. 

Fill in the details clearly and provide all requested information. 

Payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders cannot be charged to your school account.
