On May 16th, a fantastic community event was held at St Thomas’, where Neuroscience Educator Nathan Wallis and Motor Racing Legend, Greg Murphy, presented their EyesupNZ presentation.

This presentation looked at Driving and the teenage brain, with Nathan unpacking topics such as:

· How the teenage brain works

· Speed

· Alcohol and drugs

· Mobile phones

· Peer pressure

Greg Murphy was the MC for the event and then also covered safety tips when driving.

It was an extremely valuable presentation for students and whānau to attend.
