Recently the Year 13 Sports Science class competed in the Rotorua Xterra (off road triathlon). Most students were registered in the individual event. All students reached their goal of completing this event in the beautiful surroundings of the Blue Lake. Some notable performances, Dylan Brun 3rd out of the water, Ella Jamieson 5th out of water, the team of Sam Taylor, Lachlan Welch and Dani Baker 4th in category, Lachlan Welch 2nd fastest bike overall, Shea Cracknell longest wheelie!

A fantastic experience that the L3 Sports Science students train for during their classes in Term One each year. This is our 10th year at this event.  Thanks to the parents who supported us on the trip this year. We are still waiting to win the spot prize of a trip for two to Hawaii.
