On Wednesday, nine students performed at four different schools; Waipukurau Primary School, Waipawa Primary School, The Terrace School and Saint Joseph’s School. These students are; Abby O’Kane, David Howard, Bevan Jacobs, Ethan Andersen, Jeremiah Schaumkel, Jade Sandford, Keisha Scott-Bennie, Zhane Crawford and Te Puawaiora Nepe Apatu. Each student performed one item that had been performed previously at the Fryer Cup Evening or the Fryer Cup auditions. The calibre of each performance was high as each school was treated to a 45 minute show with Te Puawaiora as our Master of Ceremonies. Students and teachers were thankful, and appreciative, of the talent they witnessed. A special thank you to Marino Tiuka for transporting and assisting with the event and Isobel Thomson for helping to set up and pack down the sound system and equipment.
