We are pumped to hold our second Forest Hill Trail Run event on Sunday 19th February 2023!!

The Forest Hill Trail Run is held within the magnificent Forest Hill Reserve and adjoining private farmland and is to raise funds for our awesome rural primary Lochiel School. We are thrilled to have AB Lime to support this event and caring for our rural community.

This year we are encouraging businesses to sign up as a team to run/walk alongside each other or compete against each other in the 5km Piwakawaka Team Challenge! The Team Challenge is alongside the individual entrants and is a 5km walk/run uphill trail through the Forest Hill reserve. You will summit at a lookout on private land, maybe grab a selfie, hydrate and head back down the same track - challenge completed!!

As well as getting some team bonding going on in your workplace a bit of friendly rivalry between businesses is always good! We will have a few spot prizes for our teams as well as a 10% discount on the entry fee and 5% off any merchandise purchased; this makes the entry fee $27 per person.

We hope you agree that its a great opportunity to encourage each other to a common goal AND have a great Sunday morning with a bit of exercise followed by a chill out at our home base with your team! Entering is simple - you just need to forage around for 4 - 10 eager people and get in touch with us for your team code! If you are keen or have any questions please reach out to us! The start/finish line will be a hive of activity with plenty to do post run or while dutifully awaiting for your running buddy!

We will have Carve Fitness giving some warm up drills, DJ Numnuts cranking the sounds, hot coffee, refreshments and food options and well as an awesome kids corner with obstacle course and more!!
