During a unit on brain function and development the students in the Psycho Paths course had the opportunity to make their own neurons from pipe cleaners and beads.

This was a simple but effective task to consolidate learning new information. Neurons are information messengers. The human brain has billions of neurons working around the clock using electrical and chemical signals between different areas of the brain and body.
