Brooke Anderson Successful at National Swim Meet

Brooke Anderson (Yr 12) has exceeded her own expectations at the recent National Age Group swimming championships.

Brooke travelled to Wellington wanting to achieve three personal bests and to gain valuable experience. Brooke swam extremely well to not only gain three PBs, but she medalled in all three events that she was entered in. 

Brooke results are as follows:

100m Backstroke PB of 4 seconds - Bronze Medal

100m Freestyle PB of 6 seconds - Bronze Medal

50m Freestyle PB of 1 second - Silver Medal.

Congratulations Brooke, these are outstanding achievements. CSC wishes you all the best as you prepare to compete at the South Island Secondary Schools Championships in July.

Brooke Anderson is continuing to shine in Pool. After her success at the Nationals (as above), Brooke entered the South Island Secondary Schools held in Dunedin. Brooke placed 1st in the

three races that she entered: 100m Freestyle, 100m Backstroke and 50m Freestyle and for a second year, Brooke won the top Para School for the South Island. Outstanding achievements Brooke - CSC are extremely proud of you!
