Student success was celebrated in style last week!

On the evening of Thursday November 3rd, we celebrated the success of our senior students. This covered their academic, cultural, sporting and performing efforts. 

The event, held in the Gym, is a pinnacle event in our calendar year. It is an opportunity to showcase the wide range of opportunities offered to students and the success they have in those opportunities. 

Providing for our students is a team effort, from the Board of Trustees to the staff to parents and the students themselves. Our Board Presiding Member, Donald Kidd, addressed the audience as the leader of the new Board of Trustees, as did our Principal Mr Grant Dick as the leader of the school. In these speeches, both took the opportunity to thank the staff and the community for their support of the school. 

Some highlights of the night were student singing performances, the Head Student address and the announcement of the CSC 2022 Dux which was followed by haka performed by all students present. A huge congratulations to our Joint Dux for 2022 - Cara Barnes and Richard Meechang.

We again thank our community for their support - especially our sponsors who generously donate to this event.
