4. Receipt of the President’s Report.
5. Receipt of the Board of Trustees’ Report.
6. Statement of Financial Accounts and Auditor’s report for the year ended 31 March 2023.
7. Appointment of the Auditor for 2023 / 2024.
8. Election of committee members.
9. OGA prize money, consider investing in Matai Foundation.
10. Consideration of any other notices of motion and items of general business for which due notice has been received.
