On Monday, November 30th we asked our 2021 School Prefects to come into school for an induction session.

The afternoon was their first opportunity to get together as a group of leaders and spend some time together. We shared kai, discussed their important role as school leaders for 2021 and most importantly enjoyed having them altogether for the first time since their roles were announced at Senior Prize Giving. 

The highlight of the afternoon was the time spent writing welcome cards to send to all of our 2021 Year 9's. Each prefect was given a number of cards in which to write a message of welcome and greeting. The girls embraced this opportunity to reach out to our new students and had a lot of fun writing individual messages. Ka pai prefects for your display of manaakitanga in action!
