Most sports matches are scheduled for Wednesday afternoons. Students wishing to participate must attend team trials and be selected by the coaches.

To maintain a position on the team, students are expected to demonstrate reliability and attend all scheduled practices.

Uniforms are provided for most sports; where uniforms are not supplied, students must wear the appropriate Physical Education attire.
