The students at Christchurch Girls’ High School have been given the opportunity to attend CASE Space School, a trip to NASA, in 2019.

CASE Junior and Senior Space School is an engaging, once in a lifetime experience.

The girls travel to the United States of America and take part in a 14 day programme where they will experience enriched STEAM and space activities that are not possible within the classroom environment.

During their two weeks in the United States of America, students will receive Astronaut training in Huntsville Alabama and also in Houston Texas, staying at the famous US Space and Rocket Centre.

The cost of the trip will be $6570 plus flights for juniors and $7590 for students in year 11 - 13.

Parents are invited to come along to an information evening in the PAC on Wednesday 12 September to find out more information and have questions answered.
