Stop Bullying Now / Spread The Word - Take A Lead - Make A Change

We observed Bullying free NZ week in our library. This event was held from 16-20 May in conjunction with Pink Shirt Day, on Friday. A big shout out to our librarians, for preparing a wonderful display in the library. They put their hands on the stop bullying tree. Ka pai!

This year’s Bullying-Free New Zealand week is concentrating on the positive activities which are taking place in school communities across New Zealand to support consistent and inclusive school cultures. This year's theme is He kōtuinga mahi iti, he hua pai-ā rau: Small ripples create big waves. Our activities aim to take part in these waves to make a bigger change.

We have also held library sessions, including presentations, activities, and poster preparation.
