Prospective agents, students and parents are asked to fill in, sign, and return our Application Pack.
This provides us with information regarding the student's start and finishing dates, level of study, and subjects the student wishes to study, as well as some information especially for our international students, such as medical information, insurance and home-stay requirements, and guardianship details. We also ask for a copy of the students’ passport and most recent school report.
These can be handed into the school reception, emailed to email@example.com, or posted to:

Once these have been returned to CGHS, and if your enrolment is successful, we will send you a conditional offer of place and an invoice for fees to be paid.
Once we have received your fees, we will send you an email confirming your student’s place at CGHS including a receipt and a formal offer of place, which you can send to Immigration New Zealand with your student visa application.
