Last week two students, Ella Meikle and Lucy Holdaway, competed for Christchurch Girls' High School/Te Kura o Hine Waiora in the South Island Secondary Schools Ski and Snowboarding Championships.

This was held at Cardrona, Wanaka. With tough competition, the girl's did extremely well with Ella placing Second overall in the giant ski slalom and Lucy placing third!
