WINGs (Women Inspiring the next Generation) mentoring 
WINGS is a program to inspire future women pilots. It offers a mentor/mentee program with future aspiring pilots who have an interest in aviation. As part of this they are put in contact with an Air New Zealand pilot for any questions or guidance about a career in aviation or as a pilot. You can find out more here.

Most programmes at Ara do not have an application closing date, but they encourage students to apply early to secure their place! For those that do have a closing date, or a recent change to the application process, please see further details below.
