Nau Mai ki Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori 2022. We have celebrated Māori language week in the library from 12 to 16 September 2022.

National Readers’ Cup Trip

Medha, Matisse, Sayu, Isabella and Emmerson are getting ready to participate in the National Readers’ Cup on 20th September. 

They are working hard to do well in the competition against eleven high schools from different regions of the country. For participating in the competition, they need to travel to Auckland. They have done bake sales to get fundraising and the team has received grants from Christchurch City Council. 

The library committee has given them badges to encourage their competition.
