Canterbury Secondary Schools Swimming Championships

Last Thursday, 23 March, our Christchurch Girls’ High School /Te Kura o Hine Waiora swim team of 18 swimmers went to Jellie Park to compete in the Canterbury Secondary Schools Swimming Sports.

It was a very successful day with the girls getting good results and times in both individual and relay events.

The top finishes from the day were:

1st Placings

  • Girls 14 100m Free - Ashlee Baars

  • Girls 16-18 50m Free - Hanna Abdou

2nd Placings
