On the 22nd of February, the Equestrian club sent two teams to Mcleans Island to compete in the Canterbury Inter-schools Show Jumping Competition.

In the blue team, we had Eliza Dalzell, Emily Van Herpt, Kate Alabaster and Holly Anderson. The red team was comprised of Jaime Currie, Tinesha Benson, Lucy Florance and Estella Velenski. 

Everyone jumped two really nice rounds and all rode their horses well. The Red team placed 6th overall out of 28 teams riding - a fantastic effort! Some of our individual placings were Tinesha Benson coming 2nd in the 95cm class and Estella Velenski placing 7th in the show hunter.
