Last Thursday 9 March our competitive swimmers headed for Wharenui Pool after period 4 for our Swimming Sports.

After not holding this event in 2022, due to Covid, Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora swimmers were keen to get in the pool and compete against their peers. 

Along, with the swimmers (almost out-numbering them) were our senior students acting as officials; they did a fantastic job.  In the pool we witnessed some fantastic performances across all age groups. 

 Well done to you all! Our swimmers now head to the Canterbury Championships which are being held at Jellie Park on Thursday 23 March.
