We are super excited to introduce our kete to our Year 9 Mathematics classes this term.

Each class has a kete in which they will store the skills that students are learning in class. At the end of each topic, the class will empty their kete and review their skills. This represents a very important aspect of learning mathematics and developing a set of skills. We want students to think about their own kete of mathematical skills that they add to as they progress through secondary school and can carry with them through life.

We would also like to acknowledge the talents and craftsmanship of Mihi Adams of Flax Hut Creations. We sourced all our kete from Mihi and treasure her work.
