Some people are continuing to experience difficulties in accessing the parent portal, which we can see from our logs. The most common problems are:
1. the reset password function has been used and the user has not taken note of their new password.
2. users are re-typing passwords that contain a mixture of letters, numbers and special characters. Please ensure that you copy and paste the password from the original email that was sent out.
