School begins at 8.30am daily. The bell at 8.25am is a signal for students to move to Ako time or first period on a Monday and Wednesday. There is a ten minute warning bell before the start of afternoon classes.  

If students arrive late for class they may not be admitted. Students will need to collect a late slip from the red desk in the morning or from the the student office later in the day. 

If three bells ring at the beginning of lunchtime it means, due to the weather conditions, students can eat lunch inside the school buildings. Students are usually expected to eat lunch outside, in the school grounds.
