Kōwhai Tree, A Symbol Of Support
On Tuesday a delegation from Wellington Girls’ College visited us to gift a Kōwhai tree to our school.
The Kōwhai was purchased with funds raised by a group of Wellington Girls’ College students . They fundraised in order to donate a tree to Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora as a symbol of support from Wellington Girls' College students to our students after the tragic 15th of March event.
