Calculus - Year 13
Qualification: NCEA Level 3
Entry Requirements: 14 credits at Level 2 including at least Merit in one of AS91261 Algebra, AS91262 Calculus, AS91269 Systems of Equations or AS91258 Sequences. This course is taught at two different level. Entry to each level is at the discretion of the HOLA
Content/Skills: In this course students will engage in thinking mathematically in a range of contexts. The course is broken down into four broad areas: Algebra, Calculus - Differentiation and Integration, Conics and Trigonometry. Calculus has widespread applications in science, engineering, commerce, architecture and design.
