On Wednesday, November 28 we held a farewell evening for our Pasifika and Whānau leavers of 2018.

This night is always a special moment to thank the girls for their wonderful contributions to our Whānau and Pasifika communities. 

We were also able to farewell the first of our graduates from our new Whānau Ako class. So once again farewell and good luck to Teghan Bain, Aliyah Teirney-Lambert, Jayanna Tia, Gemma Harris, Nawy Ken Lom, Samantha Moore, Lily Sawyer, June Mathenge, Ella Rose Tanoa–Kell, Leilani Wilcox-Nanai.

Another special part of our evening was to present our two junior memorial awards. Congratulations to both recipients;

Amiria Tikao - ‘Jamie-Lee Rising Star Award’ for services to Whānau.

Roseanne Tia - ‘Jamie-Lee Rising Star Award’ for services to Pasifika.
