Millie Sarjeant -Year 12 Student

Millie has recently competed in the Australian National Junior (Under 20) Fencing Championships in Melbourne, Australia, competing with women up to the age of 20 years from all over Australasia.

Millie fenced in both the individual and team events. Millie fenced really well in the individual event, and although she didn’t make the podium, her efforts gained her a position in the NZ Junior A Team.

The NZ Junior A Team fenced extremely well to make a podium finish, earning themselves a Bronze medal!
