Darsha Keogan, Freya Lodge Whitham, Maddie Northern and Lola Holmes competed at the National Futsal Youth Championships in July, with much success.

Darsha Keogan and Freya Lodge Whitham competed at the National Futsal Youth Championship in the U19 Pride team.

They trained for 9 weeks leading up to the tournament and their hard work paid off as Canterbury Pride took the trophy home. Freya Lodge also won the MVP and golden boot awards.  The team won every game against the strongest teams in the country for their age group. They scored maximum points and won the national trophy.

Maddie Northern was a member of the U16 Canterbury Pride team in the National Futsal tournament and the team finished 3rd overall.

Lola Holmes (Year 9) was part of the U14 Canterbury Pride squad at the National Youth Futsal Championships in Wellington. The Under 14 team won all their games, scored maximum points and won the national trophy.
