Indian communities are celebrating Diwali Festival which has grown to be hugely popular, and free family friendly events have been organized around cities to showcase traditional and contemporary Indian culture. Diwali celebrates for five days, and the fourth day is the new year on the Hindu calendar. During the festival, Diyas are lit and placed in rows along the walls of temples and houses to enlighten the darkness of life and hope to get wealth and success in life. Our Indian student librarians created an amazing display in the library on Dewali.
