Each house is supported by a Prefect, a Deputy, and a House Committee, whose responsibilities include organising teams and providing leadership during sports days and other inter-house activities.

In addition to these roles, House Leaders are expected to:

• Role Model respect, responsibility, and care for all members of the house at all times.

• Welcome New Members to help them feel included and supported within the house community.

• Serve as a Communication Link between house members and house staff or teachers.

• Monitor Wellbeing by observing the house community and promptly reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant staff.

• Assist with Administrative Tasks such as managing notices, reminders, and organisation during events.

• Organise House Activities and initiatives that promote house spirit and connection among members.

• Encourage Participation by motivating house members to engage in house events and uphold school values.

Together, these leadership roles help build a strong, supportive, and engaged house community.
