The Australian Mathematics Competition is sat by the most talented mathematicians in New Zealand and Australia.

This year, only a small number of Year 9 and 10 Christchurch Girls High Students participated in this competition.

In Year 9 Zofia Attewell was placed in the top 15% and Sophia Falta, Samirah Farrelly and Kirsten Ferry all gained Credit awards.

In Year 10 Madeleine Eastgate was placed in the top 10% and Abigail Lee was placed in the top 20%. Kate Currie gained a Distinction award. Amy Geldermans and Amadee King also gained Credit awards.

In Year 11 Anna-Marie Browne and in Year 12 Ha My Nguyen also gained Credit awards.
