We are aware that subscribers to our weekly newsletter who have Xtra email addresses have not received the newsletter in recent weeks.

We have investigated the reason for this.  Our IT experts have been working with Xtra and their email filtering supplier to find a solution and we are happy to report that this issue has now been resolved.
